Brent Howsmon from Swagelok will demonstrate the value of an automated sales process that gives us visibility to in-process status as well as sales results. The process was designed to be easy to use, easy to follow, and provide customer insight that enables us to optimize our sales decisions. The presentation and demonstration will include the use of Opportunities, Activities, Workflows, and Reports.
