Do you have a need for Location Analytics and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping in CRM? In this presentation we'll give a brief overview and explanation of GIS and Location Analytics as it relates to CRM processes. We'll show how GIS and Location Analytics can be used to unleash the power of your existing CRM systems or devices. We'll show a few scenarios where existing information can be combined with geographic data in CRM to gain additional insight and provide a new perspective to the business challenge(s) you're facing. After this functional showcase we’ll conduct a user round table. As we wrap up the year, we’d love to hear what’s going on in your CRM world.
