Presented by Judi Pfancuff, Bennett Adelson Consulting
1/21/2020 3:00 PM
Bennett Adelson would like to invite you to our next event in the Demystifying the Microsoft Cloud webinar series. Our Practical Approach to Achieving Microsoft Teams Adoption webinar will focus on helping participants develop effective strategies for supporting Microsoft Teams adoption in their organizations. It will be held on Tuesday, January 21st, 2020.

This webinar will be hosted by Bennett Adelson’s adoption expert, Judi Pfancuff. Judi will focus on the key fundamentals of change management based on the findings of Prosci Inc. Prosci is the global leader in change management solutions and the change management practitioner that Microsoft has chosen as its partner.

We will begin by looking at the five most important contributors to the success of any change management project while providing food for thought on how to incorporate them into your strategy. We’ll continue by examining the Prosci change management model and how it applies to the state of change in your organization and discuss how it might play a role in your planning. Next, we'll outline six tactics you can adopt that Bennett Adelson has found to be powerful components of successful Teams adoption efforts. Finally, we'll address any questions you have on the challenges you face in achieving Microsoft Teams adoption within your company. Once registered, you will receive an email with your Teams meeting invitation.
