Optimization Assessments Aligning with the Optimization Frameworks for Core Infrastructure, Application Platform, and Business Productivity Platform, this offering helps our customers to identify current state, future goals, and build an execution roadmap to move an their organization forward.

Architecture Design Sessions These engagements, that can span up to one week, help customers to articulate their goals around a particular application and align Microsoft’s technology platform. This includes architecture discussions, best practices, and capabilities review, risk assessment, and fitness of purpose discussions with documentation.

Proof of Concept Engagements Areas that are determined to be high-risk scenarios are proven out in this engagement, driven by a unique user scenario, integration workload, or a high performance requirement. The Bennett Adelson teams leverage fast prototyping using existing hardware and software environments, testing concepts to mitigate identified areas of risk.

Implementation Services From one consultant to multiple teams, Bennett Adelson Consultants experts work on-site at a customer. These engagements include as -needed review from an advising architect, weekly status reports from each consultant, and ongoing access to the Microsoft Solution Center as needed.

Software Management & Support Some Bennett Adelson Practices provide a combination of platform software and customized services to deliver completely managed solutions. This allows our customers to have a solution directly and quickly aligned with their business needs, without requiring an internal footprint for software or support personnel.
